Responsibilities

Keeping our customers satisfied and building relationships with them

Grow existing accounts both vertically and horizontally

Set, manage, and execute

Coordinates internal customer activity to ensure external customer complete satisfaction

Complete all assigned project on time, to specifications, and with accuracy and efficiency

Collaborates and gains acceptance from the project sponsor for project scope and schedule baselines and changes

Provides robust communication and status to customer

Collect and document business requirements, establish deliverables, milestones, activities and project schedule

Specifies the staffing of the project, resources required, anticipated costs, risk assessment, and quality standards to be used

Ensures tasks and deliverables are appropriately assigned

Coordinates current state gap analysis as needed to ensure optimal post project adoption

Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project

Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates

Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for risk responses and calculates contingency reserves for risk response

Provide day-to-day direction to ensure timely project milestone delivery and effective cross-functional team collaboration

Closely monitors and controls project issues to ensure minimal impact to delivery

Collaborates with project team and management on issue resolution

Acts as a liaison between company, customers, and vendors

Coordinates with QA team to ensure appropriate testing occurs

Effectively applies project team best practice methodology and enforces project standards

Performs other related duties as assigned

Required

Minimum five to ten years-experience leading and managing large complex accounts/projects

Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills

Strong facilitation skills

Strong leadership skills

Strong experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
