Responsibilities
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design leadership to define success metrics and measurement strategies
Own analytics for high-complexity product domains, from discovery through launch and iteration
Build and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, and self-service analytics tools
Lead deep-dive analyses to inform product strategy, roadmap decisions, and prioritisation
Design, execute, and evaluate experiments including A/B testing and causal inference
Communicate insights clearly through presentations, visualisations, and written recommendations
Manage and mentor analysts, setting high standards for analytical quality and impact
Contribute to the broader data team strategy and analytics best practices
Qualification
Required
Seven or more years of experience in analytics, product analytics, or data science
At least two years of people management experience
Strong SQL skills and experience with modern data stacks and workflows
Experience supporting SaaS, marketplace, or consumer technology products
Demonstrated expertise in experimentation and measurement frameworks
Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, actionable insight
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment
