Responsibilities
Performing all processes associated with typical accounts payable/receivable function
Performing tasks related to month, quarter, and year-end reconciliations and account analysis
Assisting with annual audit schedules for external auditors
Reviewing, verifying, and inputting cost allocations to client accounts
Reviewing, coding, and scanning the daily cash receipts
Managing expense report system
Responding to written and telephone inquiries from lawyers and staff regarding financial issues
Performing special projects as requested
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a law firm financial services department or professional services related industry
Thorough knowledge of Windows and Microsoft products
Advanced Excel skills preferred
