Responsibilities
Serve as a true Cloud Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with a focus on automation and observability
Provide L3 support and SRE services for a wide range of products within the client’s cloud environment
Handle incidents escalated from L1 & L2 teams:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues
Determine if the problem is application/customer-related or platform-related
Escalate platform issues to the engineering team

Strong experience in automation and observability
Terraform and OpenShift platform management experience. Not just as an end user—must have experience managing these platforms
Preferred
Financial Services (preferred) or large enterprise experience as a Cloud SRE
Passion for learning and adaptability
Comfortable working across multiple platforms (AWS and GCP)
