Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
8+ years experience with financial systems
ERP systems knowledge (Oracle EBS preferred)
Proficiency in SQL and report development
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
Exceptional communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
