Recruitment & Hiring Coordinator

Mark III Construction is a full-service construction company seeking a Recruitment & Hiring Coordinator to manage full-cycle recruiting and deliver a high-quality onboarding experience for new hires. This role is critical in attracting talent and ensuring a smooth transition from candidate to employee.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting for field, project, and corporate positions
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
Draft and manage job postings
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and networking
Conduct phone screenings and coordinate interviews
Maintain candidate communication and recruiting metrics
Coordinate end-to-end onboarding process
Prepare offer letters and onboarding documents
Ensure completion of pre-employment requirements
Facilitate new hire orientation
Partner with HR, Safety, IT, and Payroll
Maintain accurate employee records
Ensure compliance with employment regulations
Maintain confidentiality of records
Improve recruiting and onboarding workflows
Support audits and HR projects

Qualification

Recruiting experienceHR coordination experienceConstruction recruitingATS/HRIS experienceMicrosoft OfficeOrganizational skillsCommunication skills

Required

2-5 years of recruiting or HR coordination experience
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with ATS/HRIS and Microsoft Office

Preferred

Construction or skilled trades recruiting preferred
