Research and identify target companies and key decision-makers within our focus industries
Initiate outbound outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other creative channels to spark interest
Book qualified meetings and introductions for our account managers to explore potential partnerships
Collaborate with account managers to align on ideal customer profiles, outreach strategy, and key messaging
Manage your activity and progress through our CRM to ensure follow-through and visibility
Contribute ideas and insights that continuously improve our outreach process and positioning
Qualification
Required
2+ years in business development, inside sales, lead generation, sales, or outreach roles—ideally in professional services, staffing, or B2B industries
A knack for finding the right person and crafting messages that resonate
Confidence in cold outreach and comfort with rejection—you keep moving forward
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to connect with others
An analytical and curious mindset—you ask smart questions and learn from every interaction
Self-direction, time management, and a bias toward action
