Responsibilities

Lead and manage comprehensive entrepreneurship program operations
Provide strategic oversight of administrative functions, budget management, and program development while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements
Independently develop and implement program policies, procedures, and best practices
Serve as a key point of contact for high-level stakeholders and manage complex relationships with internal departments and external partners
Design and execute strategic outreach initiatives, coordinate events, oversee recruitment and marketing efforts, and direct program activities
Mentor junior staff and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives
Spearhead program assessment and evaluation efforts, analyzing complex data sets, preparing comprehensive reports for leadership, and making strategic recommendations to enhance program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Manage special projects and events, oversee budget planning and monitoring, assist with funding proposals, and provide guidance to resolve escalated issues while serving as a subject matter expert in their program area

Required

Bachelor's Degree and three years of related work experience; OR a Master's Degree and two years of related work experience
Experience creating, managing, and evaluating academic, entrepreneurial, or community-based programs; includes coordinating activities, tracking outcomes, developing reports, and implementing program improvements
Business management, entrepreneurial experience, business consultation, or other related experience
Driver's License
Occasional travel
Variable work schedule
