Civil Science is seeking a qualified CAD Designer to join their St. George, Utah team. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to design various civil engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and collaborating effectively with team members.

Responsibilities

Create and modify detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings based on project specifications
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure designs meet project requirements
Prepare and review design plans, including layouts, drawings, and blueprints
Update and maintain design documentation and records
Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulations
Participate in project meetings and provide input on design-related matters
Assist in troubleshooting design issues and suggest improvements

Qualification

AutoCAD Civil 3DCAD software proficiencyCADD experienceDesign principlesMulti-taskingEagerness to learnAttention to detailProblem-solving skills

Required

Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D; Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, or similar
4+ years of CADD experience in civil engineering profession or equivalent experience in educational setting
Strong understanding of design principles and engineering
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to multi-task and effectively manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Eagerness to learn and evolve within a fast-paced environment
Candidates must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass both a criminal background check and driving record review
