Engage with warm leads via outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups

Guide customers through the quoting and ordering process
Review and revise quotes to ensure accuracy and alignment with customer needs
Participate in ongoing training and development
Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in sales or a call center environment is highly preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High attention to detail and commitment to excellence
