Aritzia is a growing company looking to expand its Marketing Integration team. The Senior Analyst/Analyst will support the execution of Marketing lifecycle processes to drive effective performance and uphold operational excellence standards.

Responsibilities
Facilitate the identification, evaluation, prioritization, and resources across the division, driven by a compelling and considered strategy
Ensure our lifecycles are executed from beginning to end by providing consistency, structure, and timing
Support net new initiatives and ensure infrastructure and workflows are in place for seamless integration into the Marketing Department
Ensure tools and resources support Marketing business needs
Ensure the seamless integration of Marketing and its Cross-Functional partners
Qualification
Required
Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Marketing Integration
A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
