Responsibilities

Utilize telephone systems and technology to complete all tasks following all procedures accurately and promptly

Accurately document and summarize call content accurately for record-keeping purposes

Follow all required scripts, protocols, and procedures to maintain consistency and compliance

Utilize knowledge base and training resources to provide accurate responses to customer inquiries

Appropriately de-escalate customer issues to the managerial team when necessary

Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements to ensure coverage during operational hours

Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer information and sensitive data
