UX Designer – Global Transaction Banking

RIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled UX Designer with experience in Global Transaction Banking to join their consulting team. The role involves designing user-centered solutions for complex banking workflows and collaborating with various stakeholders to translate requirements into digital experiences.

Responsibilities

Partner with business stakeholders, product managers, and developers to translate business and user requirements into seamless digital experiences
Design wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes that improve usability and efficiency for transaction banking applications
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing with banking professionals to validate and refine design concepts
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design intent is carried through into final product delivery
Advocate for design best practices and a customer-first mindset in all stages of development

Qualification

UX/UI designGlobal Transaction BankingDesign tools proficiencyUser researchCommunication skills

Required

5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience, ideally within banking, payments, or financial services
Strong understanding of Global Transaction Banking (GTB) workflows, platforms, and end-user needs
Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD)
Experience in user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work onsite in NYC, 3 days per week
