Handle supervisory duties including hiring, performance management, and team development
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience as a lead Leading/Grooming a software development team
Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Applied Java programming skills AWS API Gateway develop Terraform configurations ECS ECS-Fargate Spring Framework Sprint Boot
develop Spring Restful
Full Stack Java Developer
Core Technologies: Java/JEE, Spring/Struts, Hibernate, EJB
HTML/CSS, JavaScript/Ajax, XML
Web Services (SOAP/REST)
IBM WebSphere Application Server & Portal
Architecture & Design: High-level application design
Visual representation of technical solutions
Integration with third-party platforms
Leadership & Communication: Leading development teams (2+ years required)
Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Ability to mentor and delegate effectively
Preferred
AngularJS (1–2 years preferred)
