Responsibilities
Design and develop advanced Android applications using Kotlin/Java
Lead TDD practices to ensure robust, maintainable, and scalable code
Collaborate with product designers and cross-functional teams to define app features
Identify and resolve application performance bottlenecks
Maintain and improve core codebase; deliver timely updates and enhancements
Automate app workflows including CI/CD, test scripts, and deployments
Ensure apps comply with internal security, usability, and performance standards
Implement new technologies to improve application performance and user experience
Qualification
Required
5–7 years of Android development experience
Proficiency in Kotlin and/or Java
Hands-on experience with automated testing frameworks like Appium
Strong understanding of Android architecture components, MVVM/MVP, etc
Preferred
Familiar with Unit testing frameworks
Proven ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative team environments
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
