Responsibilities

Assist in the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructures

Follow process documents to configure network devices

Help configure and troubleshoot basic routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and IS-IS

Support the development of simple network automation scripts using Python and Ansible

Learn to use GitHub for version control and collaboration on network projects

Participate in network performance monitoring and basic optimization tasks

Assist in maintaining network security and compliance with industry standards

Help document network configurations, procedures, and basic designs

Required

2 years of relevant experience in networking or telecommunications (internships or entry-level roles count)

Layer 1- Experience troubleshooting physical network equipment and cabling

Layer 2- Understanding of networking technologies, such as MPLS and EVPL

Introductory knowledge of Python and Ansible for network automation

Awareness of GitHub for version control
