Responsibilities

Lead and develop the finance and accounting teams, including hiring, performance management, and professional development

Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and long-term financial planning

Manage asset/liability management activities in partnership with executive leadership and the Board, including coordination with external advisors

Ensure strong internal controls and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements

Oversee month-end close, board reporting, CECL analysis, and accounting for impaired assets

Support audits, tax filings, and related financial documentation

Analyze financial performance, KPIs, and variances to identify trends, efficiencies, and improvement opportunities

Provide financial analysis to support product development and strategic initiatives

Participate in executive-level committees and contribute to a positive, high-engagement workplace culture
