Responsibilities

Translate client SOWs into executable programs - scope, timelines, budgets, workforce model, and quality control frameworks
Solve operational bottlenecks in real time - whether it's participant churn, equipment issues, location access, or low-quality submissions
Ensure data meets specs, passes rejection thresholds, and complies with privacy/consent/data protection laws globally
Act as the program point of contact with clients, internal teams, and external vendors. Provide progress reports, risk assessments, and mitigation plans
Monitor collection KPIs via dashboards, identify issues early, and drive corrective action
Codify learnings into playbooks and SOPs for repeatability and faster future deployments

Required

5-8 years of professional experience in program management or operations
Proven track record managing large-scale distributed programs in data, logistics, field operations, or crowdsourcing
Planning, governance, and risk management skills
Ability to engage and communicate effectively with all levels, including executives and field contributors
Comfortable with metrics, dashboards, and root-cause analysis
Hands-on, thrives in ambiguity, demonstrates bias for action, resilience under pressure, ability to work across cultures/geographies

Preferred

Exposure to AI/ML data programs, sensors, or field data collection
Multi-country operations experience, especially in emerging markets
Fluency in more than one language
Startup experience or top-tier consulting experience
