Responsibilities

Define and lead the long-term vision and multi-year roadmap for the Aerospace & Defense vertical
Oversee investment direction, capital deployment, and strategic account planning outcomes
Shape future-ready service strategies and vertical-specific capabilities aligned with market evolution and technology trends
Develop commercial frameworks and pricing models that align with both Quest Global’s objectives and customer value
Continuously refine and articulate the vertical’s differentiated value proposition by synthesizing market signals, customer insights, and emerging trends
Represent Quest Global at industry summits, public forums, and media engagements
Drive domain leadership through whitepapers, interviews, and analyst briefings to elevate the company’s visibility and credibility
Cultivate relationships with senior industry influencers and decision-makers to expand Quest Global’s reach and influence
Spearhead strategic account expansions and transformative solution constructs to drive sustainable vertical growth
Identify and penetrate new scalable accounts by guiding SCPs and Strategic Business Leaders (SBL) in opportunity sensing, solution shaping, and pursuit strategies across existing and emerging markets
Forge and expand relationships at the highest levels (CXO, Presidents, Head of Engineering)
Serve as the vertical’s executive ambassador to the client ecosystem
Enhances the company’s brand promise as a Trusted Thinking Partner of Choice
Understand customer challenges and facilitate joint innovation through co-invested solutioning, navigating next-gen engineering programs and proactive opportunity creation
Institutionalize high-touch engagement frameworks including Big Idea Workshops, strategic advisory sessions, and thought leadership roundtables
Recruit, mentor, and enable vertical-level leaders including SCPs, new business development executives and strategic function heads to scale accounts, secure strategic wins, and build strong teams
Identify and groom high-potential talent across sales and delivery (EBL) to ensure succession readiness and vertical scalability
Advise and lead M&A priorities within the vertical
Identify targets, shape acquisition rationale, guide due diligence, and govern post-acquisition integration for strategic fit
Serve as the crisis leader for vertical, ensuring continuity and resilience during disruption
Step into operational leadership roles (i.e., SBL, IL, and SCPs) as needed to stabilize and recalibrate

Required

Skilled in managing an industry vertical as a full-scale business, with strong command over revenue growth, cost discipline, capital allocation, and market economics

Applies structured, data-driven reasoning to assess complex scenarios, anticipate risks and opportunities, and make high-impact decisions with confidence
Committed to developing senior leaders and fostering a high-performance culture through continuous feedback, empowerment, and leadership modeling
Highly attuned to verbal and non-verbal cues in executive dialogue, enabling deeper understanding of stakeholder priorities and more effective engagement
