Responsibilities
Program and optimize CNC machines ( Swiss lathes - MUST ) using Esprit & Mastercam
Interpret aerospace blueprints and apply GD&T
Select tools, fixtures, and machining strategies to maximize efficiency
Train and support operators with setups, troubleshooting, and best practices
Drive process improvements to reduce cycle times, scrap, and downtime
Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements
Qualification
Required
3+ years CNC programming experience, with a strong background in Swiss-style and multi-axis machines
Proficiency in any CAD/CAM software, ideally Esprit and/or Mastercam
Hands-on knowledge of G-code/M-code
Experience with ISO 9001 or AS9100 environments
Knowledge of aerospace or defense machining standards (tight tolerances, FAI, GD&T)
Strong teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills
