Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and competitive advantage amid evolving consumer and regulatory demands
Define and implement product and pricing strategies for payment products
Evaluate and refine pricing structures for viability and competitiveness
Lead product-level analytics, modeling, and roadmap development
Drive improvements in risk management by linking market risk drivers to business outcomes
Build, test, and monitor risk models using data-driven analysis
Translate business intent into clear product requirements
Manage prioritization, sequencing, and execution of product initiatives aligned with strategy
Collaborate with Product, Technology, Sales, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to improve quality, scale, service, and profitability
Leverage market research, competitive benchmarking, and internal/external assessments to shape product vision and strategy
Support B2B go-to-market strategies for select payment products
Develop insights to inform new customer experiences, technologies, and future product enhancements
Influence senior stakeholders through strong executive communication and data-backed storytelling
Foster innovation, accountability, and results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Business, Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Science, or Engineering)
2+ years of experience in Payments
Preferred
Master's degree in Business or a quantitative discipline
5+ years of experience in analysis
2+ years of experience in financial services
