Responsibilities
Own and drive enterprise-wide marketing and brand strategy
Translate company growth objectives into clear, actionable marketing plans
Establish marketing priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics
Partner with executive leadership to align marketing with business goals
Position marketing as a core growth function
Define and strengthen brand positioning and value proposition
Ensure consistency in messaging, voice, and visual identity
Oversee brand governance across digital, sales, events, and internal communications
Evolve the brand to reflect scale and sophistication
Design and execute a data-driven demand generation strategy
Partner with Sales and Operations to support revenue growth
Oversee programs supporting account-based marketing and market expansion
Track performance metrics including lead quality, conversion, and ROI
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team
Establish clear processes and standards
Coach team members on strategy and execution
Assess future hiring and agency needs
Build a scalable and resilient marketing organization
Oversee execution of core marketing initiatives
Provide strategic direction for trade shows, website, content, and sales enablement
Ensure quality, consistency, and on-time delivery
Qualification
Required
5+ years of progressive marketing experience
Experience building or scaling a marketing function
Strategic and execution-focused leadership
B2B experience preferred
Strong team leadership skills
Preferred

Global or multi-region exposure
Strong analytical mindset
Comfort operating in lean environments
