Mid LevelRIT Solutions, Inc. is seeking an L&D / AI Training Consultant for a multi-year project in New York, NY. The role involves managing AI product rollouts, facilitating organization-wide training sessions, and supporting the creation and rollout of training materials for various IT tools.

Responsibilities
Perform and/or support regular organization-wide trainings on group supported IT tools, including but not limited to; Microsoft CoPilot, AWS, New Hire IT Onboarding, Data Labeling, Privilege Access Management (PAM), Problem Management etc
Support AI program in creation and rollout of Microsoft Copilot 365 campaign collaterals including comms and trainings
Facilitate training virtually and in-person both directly and indirectly in support of vendor trainers
Develop and support the cloud training program, including portal design/maintenance, training materials, policy information and communications
Coordinate management of JefTech Talks, including scheduling, branding and facilitation working directly or indirectly with vendor partners and IT teams
Provide one on one training support when required (IT Café, ad-hoc)
Design training manuals, handouts, and videos for training purposes on clients' IT supported tools
Design, maintain and update records of training webpages, newsletters, and communications materials for training curriculums
Conduct skill gap analyses: construct suitable surveys to identify the IT training needs within the organization
Support Clients' Developer Conference (JDev) event planning, marketing and communication
Create effective communication plans for new product launches impacting end users
Manage firm AI tools website including updates to content and collateral for existing and new products
Coordinate weekly "IT Café” open hours for satellite offices
Coordinate IT Lunch & Learn events across IT when requested and maintain IT training website portal
Schedule and maintain monthly IT Training and Gartner webinar bulletin
Ensure all company materials have consistent and positive messaging and branding
Analyze technical processes and communicate it to various user bases in a functional manor
Qualification
Required
