Adams & Reese is seeking a Receptionist/Office Services Coordinator to provide general office support. The role involves answering calls, greeting visitors, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with office events.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls; assist callers and/or route call to appropriate party

Greet visitors and notify attorneys of their arrival

Check building mailbox and deliver mail to appropriate attorney/assistant

Maintain conference rooms and conference room calendar

Maintain attorney lounge

Maintain guest portal with building management

Assist with office events, including catering orders

Maintain supply inventory and copy center

Maintenance of break rooms

Coordinate service requests with building management via online portal

Run occasional errands outside of the office (court filings, etc.)

Perform related duties as needed/assigned
