Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking Warehouse Repair and Configuration Associates to join their team in Plainfield, Indiana. The role involves configuring and repairing computer systems and peripherals, ensuring optimal performance and productivity in a warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Configure computer systems (hardware and software) and other related equipment for external customers

Diagnose and repair PC related systems within the warehouse environment using technical skills, hardware and software knowledge and troubleshooting techniques to maintain the expected system performance and production levels

Assess and repair PCs and peripherals requiring service to return them to full functionality

Configure PCs hardware and software to required specifications. Establish all connection points between PCs and network, troubleshooting applications and related problems

Provide system solutions to operating requirements using personal analytical skills and knowledge to facilitate production processes and enhance productivity

Train lower level tier technicians to improve their job responsibility regarding system applications using training aids and operating procedures

Ensure PCs have licenses for applicable software
