The role involves supporting the construction of utility-scale solar PV plants by analyzing project data, ensuring quality control, and assisting with various project management tasks.

Responsibilities

Analysis of project data using software such as Microsoft Excel

Quality assurance and quality control of project data

Generating daily reports regarding project metrics and work completion

Assist with the setup of progress tracking tools

Assist with quantity take-offs based on engineering documents

Track labor productivity and installation rates for self-perform and subcontracted scopes of work

Train field staff on Earned Value Management, productivity, and progress tracking

Support project staff with tracking of Subcontracted and Self-Perform scopes of work progress tracking

Analysis of various construction installation processes to identify opportunities to optimize (Time Studies, Lean Walks etc.)
