Marketing Content Manager
Recharm is an AI digital asset manager for ad creative teams, seeking a Marketing Content Manager to lead their content engine. The role involves managing a team of creatives to enhance Recharm's presence in the DTC space and integrating AI workflows to optimize content production.
Responsibilities
Manage the Content Production Engine: Manage the workflow and output of your team (2 video editors, 1 graphic designer, 2 part-time content creators). You are the Editor-in-Chief. You ensure the stream of content for TikTok, Instagram (Reels), YouTube, and the Recharm website is consistent, high-quality, and on-brand
Leverage AI for Scale: Integrate AI workflows into the team's production process to increase velocity. You will set the standard for how we use AI to repurpose long-form content into shorts, generate b-roll, or polish copy
Case Studies & Customer Stories: Own the production of social proof. You will interview our customers (top DTC brands), extract insights, and package them into compelling case studies, video interviews, and testimonials
Own Social & Blog Channels: Manage our organic presence on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram. You will also manage the company blog, ensuring we are publishing thought leadership that appeals to sophisticated media buyers and creative strategists
Newsletter & Email Strategy: Write and manage our bi-weekly newsletter and email content. You will nurture our list of thousands of subscribers, turning passive readers into active users
Product Launch Marketing: Orchestrate the content strategy for new feature drops. This includes writing marketing copy, directing launch videos, creating social media hype, and drafting announcement emails
Sales Enablement Content: Arm our sales team with what they need to close. You will create and update sales decks, one-pagers, and automated email sequences for leads and prospects
Ad Creative Management: Collaborate with the team to produce high-performing ad creatives for our own paid acquisition channels. You will hypothesize, test, and iterate on our ads
Qualification
Required
You are a Publisher and a Project Manager. You understand that great content requires both creativity and rigorous operations
You speak the language of our ICP. You deeply understand the world of paid social teams, media buyers, creative strategists, and video editors. You know what keeps them up at night
You are an AI Alchemist. You are an expert in Generative AI across all modalities—text, image, video, and audio. You view AI not as a shortcut, but as a force multiplier to scale high-quality output
You are a voracious consumer of social media. You don't just scroll; you study. You understand the nuances of a TikTok hook versus a LinkedIn thought-leadership post
You have a background in DTC or DTC SaaS. You've been in the trenches of e-commerce or software that serves it
Deep Content & Copywriting Background: You can write high-converting copy for emails, landing pages, and scripts. You know how to tell a story
Project Management Wizardry: You can coordinate a team to deliver assets on time, every time. You love workflows, calendars, and Trello/Notion/Asana
Data-Driven Creativity: You understand how to analyze engagement data and pivot the creative strategy based on what works
Expert AI Proficiency: You are fluent in the latest AI tools for all forms of content. You know how to use LLMs for copy, Midjourney/Flux for design concepts, and tools like Runway, HeyGen, or ElevenLabs for video and audio
Wicked Prioritization: You know what needs to be shipped •now• versus what can wait
