Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Configure and customize Salesforce features including objects, workflows, validation rules, flows, and approvals
Implement and support Omnichannel routing and agent experience solutions
Work with Agentforce to enhance service operations and agent productivity
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Ensure best practices for security, performance, scalability, and maintainability
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements
Document technical designs, configurations, and implementation details

Required

Minimum 10+ Years experience
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
Experience with Agentforce
Experience implementing Omnichannel solutions
Solid understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud
Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud – preferred)
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems
