They are seeking a Project Engineer Intern to gain exposure and knowledge in the construction industry while working in the Project Management department, assisting with various hands-on learning experiences from project start to close.
Real Estate
Responsibilities
Update construction plans using Bluebeam/electronic document center
Post and write RFIs (request for information)
Take progress photos and write executive summaries
Communicate with prospective bidders
Review submittals/shop drawings and track/process submittals
Follow-up with subs/suppliers
Execute punch lists and other job close-out procedures
Qualification
Required
Open to College students pursuing a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Organized and detail oriented
Able to work independently and on a team
Tech savvy with strong computer skills
