Senior LevelLanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a Certified Workday Integration Consultant to support enterprise-level implementations and enhancements across global clients. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday HCM modules and integration tools, leading the execution of Workday integrations and collaborating with stakeholders to optimize workflows.

Responsibilities
Lead and execute Workday HCM integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and PECI
Architect and implement solutions across modules including Recruiting, Time Tracking, Advanced Compensation, and Benefits
Design and deliver custom reports and data flows tailored to complex business requirements
Configure Workday security frameworks (user-based, role-based, job-based) aligned with client governance models
Drive end-to-end Workday Recruiting implementations across multilingual and multi-country environments
Collaborate with client stakeholders to optimize onboarding, payroll, performance management, and compensation workflows
Provide technical leadership during implementation phases, including design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
Qualification
Required
Workday Certifications preferred
Demonstrated success in global Workday implementations, including recent delivery for clients such as Robert Half
Strong command of Workday Studio, EIB, PECI, and reporting tools
Proficiency in SAS, SQL, SOAP, WSDL, XML, and XSLT
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred
Prior consulting experience with third-party services firms
Experience working in agile delivery environments
Familiarity with multilingual deployment strategies
