Collaborating with managers and massage therapists to create a seamless and caring environment for every client
Qualification
Required
Confidently follow a structured sales process to promote our membership program
Loves engaging in meaningful conversations—and knows the power of listening
Turns feedback or challenges into opportunities to deliver unforgettable service
Has previous retail or customer service experience, ideally in a spa, wellness, or hospitality setting
Is comfortable with basic computer systems for scheduling and payment processing
Is enthusiastic about creating a positive work culture for both clients and teammates
