Growth Lead
Innovative Driven is seeking a dynamic Growth Lead to join their team, working with a cutting-edge corporate client leading in AI technology implementation. The role involves building and owning a pipeline, creating outreach strategies, and facilitating the sales process while leveraging AI product fluency.
Responsibilities
Build and own your pipeline from scratch, using creative, AI-enhanced prospecting, and strategic market mapping
Identify whitespace and emerging opportunities across the world’s most important organizations
Create new and advancing outreach strategies to potential clients
Build and facilitate the entire sales process, start to finish, working the full business development and product implementation process for the customer
Apply strong AI product fluency to explain the technology clearly to customers
Partner closely with internal stakeholders in leadership, product development and marketing about capabilities, technical foundations, and emerging features
Test and evolve new messaging strategies
Leverage AI to amplify your research, pipeline development, and daily operational cadence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree is required
At least 5 years of experience driving new business in enterprise or complex B2B environments
AI-native and GTM-fluent business development experience
Proven use of AI technology to scale impact for corporate clients
Proven success of building a pipeline independently, using AI-enhanced prospecting
Previous experience closing sophisticated deals
Strong technology/AI product fluency and technical aptitude
Solid understanding of previous AI systems, workflows, and product capabilities
Experience selling into regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, financial services, energy, or healthcare
Preferred
JD or MBA a huge plus
