Responsibilities

Define and maintain portfolio management frameworks; partner with executives to prioritize initiatives and optimize investments; oversee portfolio performance and annual planning
Establish governance structures, policies, and reporting standards; ensure consistency in project execution; drive adoption of best practices and tools
Lead and mentor PMO staff; build a culture of accountability and excellence; manage talent acquisition and workforce planning
Provide data-driven insights to executives; align business strategy with delivery capacity; promote transparency and collaboration
Advance PMO maturity; implement tools and metrics for visibility; benchmark against industry best practices
Own BPaaS implementation strategy and delivery framework

Required

Bachelor's degree
10+ years in project/program management or strategic planning; management experience required
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Proven success managing large, complex projects and cross-functional teams
Active project management certification required
Ability and proficiency in the use of computers and company standard software specific to position, including spreadsheets and the Internet
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to perform other assignments at locations outside the office
Ability to anticipate the needs of the executive team
Must exhibit efficiency, collaboration, openness, influence, credibility, diplomacy, tact, discretion and judgment

Preferred

Advanced degree
Experience in healthcare operations and risk adjustment
