Responsibilities

Manage and support patent prosecution and global portfolio strategy across industrial, aerospace, automotive, clean energy, and life sciences technologies

Lead or support trade secret protection programs, including confidentiality strategies, internal policies, and enforcement considerations

Conduct patentability, freedom-to-operate (FTO), and landscape analyses to support product development and commercialization

Draft, review, and negotiate IP assignments, confidentiality agreements, collaboration agreements, and technology licenses

Partner closely with R&D, engineering, product development, and scientific teams to align IP strategy with innovation and business goals

Support cross-border and multi-jurisdictional patent and trade secret matters

Assist with IP due diligence for M&A, partnerships, and strategic collaborations

Provide flexible support across full-time, part-time, and project-based engagements as needed
