New Graduate Program – Equipment Maintenance Technician
Skorpios Technologies, Inc. is innovating the future of silicon photonics and is excited to invite recent college graduates to join their New Graduate Program. As a New Graduate Equipment Maintenance Technician, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship while supporting and maintaining advanced semiconductor manufacturing tools in a dynamic cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities
Learn to perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on semiconductor equipment
Shadow experienced technicians and gradually take ownership of tools in specific process areas
Support efforts in improving equipment uptime and operational efficiency
Work across process areas such as PVD, CVD, Etch, Photolithography, and CMP
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to meet operational goals
Participate in special projects and cross-functional learning opportunities
Qualification
Required
Recent graduate or upcoming graduate with an Associate's Degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related field
A strong interest in semiconductor technology and hands-on technical work
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts in a cleanroom environment (gowning required)
