Responsibilities

This is a product marketing manager role. This person is responsible for owning and running individual campaigns as part of existing product and GTM strategies across channels, partnering with product management, demand gen, creative, sales, sales enablement and other marketing support teams
Build and maintain relationships with core PM counterparts, create GTM launch plans for product releases and execute, analyze performance and make strategic recommendations based on data for how to proceed
Create sales enablement artifacts (battlecards, sales plays) and customer-facing collateral (web pages, pitch decks, blogs). Identifies marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; and summarizing data and trends
Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Required

Experience working in big B2B SaaS organizations like Google, Meta aka Facebook, Microsoft, Atlassian, Adobe or others
8-10 years of experience
Enterprise Product Marketing
Experience marketing to enterprise IT audience
Familiarity with key enterprise trust concepts (security, compliance, scale, performance, etc)
Experience developing marketing strategies to bring new products or features to market
Experience executing marketing plans from inception to completion to high quality bar and on time
Experience with enterprise IT audience and B2B SaaS business
Familiarity with key cloud platform capabilities like security, compliance, scale, analytics, administration, performance, etc
Data-driven marketer who is adept at analyzing historic performance, setting campaign goals, and monitoring
Ability to work in Zoom, Slack, GSuite, and ideally Atlassian products - Confluence & Jira
Stakeholder management skills
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Project management skills, with the ability to document and organize projects, track progress, and manage timelines
Ability to keep information organized and confidential
Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Google Suite, Slack, Atlassian products (Confluence, Jira)
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, or journalism
