Draft, review, and negotiate P&C insurance and reinsurance agreements, product filings, policy forms, and claims documentation

Provide legal guidance on P&C product development, compliance, and launch strategy, including multi-state regulatory filings and product approval processes

Collaborate with internal and client teams on new product initiatives, ensuring alignment with state laws and business objectives

Advise on claims handling, processing procedures, policy interpretation, and dispute resolution

Support insurance and reinsurance deal processes, including due diligence, structuring, and regulatory approvals
