Qualification
Required
Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and support staff effectively
Experience in operations management, scheduling, and coordination of day-to-day activities
Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage financial performance, inventory, and hospital protocols
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with clients and team members
Proficiency in relevant technology and software tools, including scheduling and record-keeping systems
Flexible and proactive problem-solving abilities to address challenges efficiently
Previous experience in a management or leadership role is highly desirable
Preferred
Knowledge of veterinary healthcare, customer service, or a related field is preferred
