Responsibilities

Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions to enhance IT service management and operational workflows

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and configure ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, CSM, and HAM

Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST and SOAP web services

Support Agile/Scrum project delivery methodology and contribute to technical documentation and system design

Ensure technical solutions align with organizational needs and best practices for platform development and configuration

Required
