Communications Specialist
Meridian Technologies is seeking a Communications Specialist / Content Manager to support the production and management of print and digital marketing content for heavy construction products. This role involves managing customer-facing sales and marketing assets, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring timely content deployment.

Responsibilities
Managing content across a variety of on-and offline channels
Working collaboratively with the content creators, Global Product Communicators (GPC)
Providing channel execution support for GPCs
Managing vendor relations supporting production, translation and deployment
Working with enterprise process owners to execute and publish content
Establishing and documenting project management processes
Qualification
Required
3-4 years + 1 year internship experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or experience equivalent required
Prior marketing and project management experience either through a business or marketing/advertising agency required
Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
Attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage one's time
Willingness to work hours as required to support a global team
Preferred
Working knowledge of managing and publishing print and digital content preferred
Nice to have some skills with basic graphic design, image editing, content production
