Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, including customizations and integrations
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements
Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on the ServiceNow platform
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system designs and user guides
Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team’s technical growth
Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow features and industry best practices
Ensure compliance with coding standards, security policies, and best practices
Conduct code reviews and actively participate in design discussions
Perform Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management configurations to improve IT operations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
At least 5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration
Proficiency in ServiceNow APIs, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Strong understanding of ITSM and ITOM processes, including workflows and automation
Proven experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM(IT Service Management), CSM(Customer service management also called PSDS), HAM (Hardware asset management)
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project delivery
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
ServiceNow platform expertise (development, configuration, integration). Required 6 Years
JavaScript and scripting knowledge. Required 6 Years
API integration (REST/SOAP web services). Required 6 Years
ITSM and ITOM process optimization. Required 6 Years
ITSM, CSM, HAM experience Required 6 Years
Agile/Scrum project delivery. Required 6 Years
Technical documentation and system design. Required 6 Years
Troubleshooting and analytical thinking. Required 6 Years
Preferred
Relevant certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable
