Head of Apprenticeship Growth & Development
Twin Group is focused on driving strategic and operational growth through robust sales activity and cultivating key client relationships. The Head of Apprenticeship Growth and Development will build partnerships to identify opportunities that will accelerate growth in the apprenticeship portfolio.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy. Personally, driving high-value sales and being actively involved in closing major deals
Collaborate with organisations within Twin Group to leverage opportunities for synergy and cross-selling
Mentoring and developing a growing sales team
Identify new opportunities and expand existing partnerships whilst maintaining and growing key client relationships
Lead a high-performance BD function and team, with a quality-led approach
Conduct market research and analyse industry trends
Lead proposal development and contribute to revenue generation
Generate a pipeline of opportunities and build senior-level relationships
Work towards and achieve targets linked to growth and revenue
Attend meetings with decision-makers to discuss training and recruitment needs
Provide advice and support to employers on the Apprenticeship Levy and funding reforms
Undertake Organisational Needs Analysis and develop training plans tailored to employer requirements
Monitor competitors and identify new opportunities
Report on sales data and forecasts regularly; meet month-end deadlines
Cross-sell other services and products to offer holistic solutions to clients
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal quality standards
Qualification
Required
Experience and knowledge of delivering Apprenticeship standards, including current emerging trends, changes to government policy and industry changes (E)
Experience and knowledge of training and/or assessment delivery (E)
Experience in the delivery of Digital Skills, Math and English (E)
Experience and knowledge of Government Funding streams (E)
Knowledge of funding opportunities and partnerships available within the sector (E)
Proven track record of ability to propose, build and deliver new business streams, whilst maintaining current targets linked to forecasts (E)
Excellent organisational skills and ability to self-manage time and workload
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to influence and maintain strong relationships through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to meet deadlines and implement contingency plans where needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with the application of AI appropriately
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving capabilities with a resilient and growth minded approach
Inspirational leadership with the ability to drive and meet challenging targets
Flexible, enthusiastic, and proactive approach
Strong understanding of safeguarding principles
Willingness to undertake any other reasonable duties as required

Must have a valid UK driving licence and have access to a car during working hours with the ability to travel (E)
