Compensation Analyst

Novant Health is a healthcare organization seeking a Compensation Analyst to support their Total Rewards Center of Excellence. The role involves designing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs while collaborating with various HR stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Compensation Partners to analyze and recommend compensation actions, job evaluations, and pay structures that align with market data and internal equity
Manage and resolve ServiceNow tickets, ensuring timely and accurate responses to compensation-related inquiries
Perform compensation audits and data validation to maintain compliance and accuracy across systems
Upload and maintain job descriptions, conduct job description analyses, and support job documentation updates
Assist with special projects and systemwide compensation initiatives, including market reviews and pay studies
Support the preparation and delivery of reports, dashboards, and presentations to leadership
Contribute to continuous process improvement efforts within the Total Rewards CoE

Required

4 Year / Bachelors Degree, required. Human Resources or related degree
Two years HR/Compensation experience working with employees and leaders at various levels in a large, complex organization required
Strong attention to project deadlines and details; broad-based experience in directing diverse operations to ensure organizational growth and advancement
Ability to distill complex topics into crisp and concise narratives that can be consumed by audiences with varying degrees of familiarity with the subject matter
Ability to work independently and as a team player who will productively engage with others at varying levels of seniority
Subscribes to the highest standards of ethics and business/personal integrity
Ability to manage sensitive employee information in a highly confidential manner
Strong analytical, decision-making and documentation skills
Ability to organize, multi-task, and prioritize work
Clear, concise communication skills (verbal, written)
Excellent (Intermediate/Advanced) PC skills (Microsoft Suite, especially Excel modeling)

Preferred

Two years Project Management, preferred
CCP certification, preferred
Infor
Healthcare working experience strongly preferred
