Responsibilities

Serving as a resource to both IG staff and customers in responding to a wide range of day-to-day inquiries

Extracting and analyzing financial transaction data and portfolio holdings to identify trade opportunities for Institutional Group salespeople

Strengthening existing internal relationships through consistent daily engagement and regular client entertainment

Identifying and vetting new potential accounts

Operating as a liaison to other internal departments such as trade operations, legal and compliance

Required

Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, economics, or other quantitative field

4+ years full time experience in a fixed income financial services environment such as banking, insurance, commercial real estate, or consumer finance

Entrepreneurial spirit: self-starter who embraces change and the challenge to innovate that comes with it, and able to grow increasingly independent as s/he gains experience

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey insights to diverse audiences and quickly build rapport with clients, management, and peers

Quantitative problem-solver and analytical thinker who can draw conclusions from multiple data sources

Experience using Bloomberg financial tools required; exposure to other repositories of financial data

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required

Individual of high integrity who is intellectually curious, passionate, and results-driven

Possesses strong learning agility, has a passion for growing their understanding of complex fixed-income investment vehicles, and is able to demonstrate superior data analysis skills

License Requirement(s): FINRA SIE, Series 7 and 63 within 120 days of hire date
