Responsibilities
Build and maintain detailed financial models, including three-statement projections and DCF valuations
Conduct comprehensive valuation analyses, including market, precedent transaction, and comparable company analyses
Prepare client-ready reports, presentations, and supporting materials
Assist in due diligence and financial review processes
Collaborate with senior team members to provide actionable insights and recommendations
Stay current on valuation methodologies and market conditions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
GPA of 3.5 or higher
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling
Experience with DCF modeling and three-statement financial modeling required
Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
