Build and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices
Develop Kafka producers/consumers for high‐volume event processing
Deploy and optimize services on GCP (GKE, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, Cloud SQL, etc.)
Implement CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud-native best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
Support rule engine/ODM integrations
Qualification
Required
8+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in IBM ODM (Decision Center and Decision Server)
Strong experience in rule design patterns, governance, and architecture
Proficient in Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware integration
2+ years GCP
2+ years Kafka
Docker, CI/CD, SQL/NoSQL
Experience in onshore-offshore coordination, agile delivery, and stakeholder management
Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills
