HydroJug is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage their technology infrastructure, employee access, and hardware lifecycle. The role involves overseeing user accounts, coordinating IT operations, and managing hardware procurement and maintenance.

Responsibilities

Set up new hires with accounts, hardware, and system access

Execute offboarding: revoke access, collect equipment, back up data

Manage user accounts across all systems (Google Workspace, Slack, NetSuite, Shopify, Dashlane, SentinelOne, Adobe, etc.)

Conduct periodic access reviews and maintain documentation

Track software licenses and renewals

Coordinate with external cybersecurity partner on security initiatives

Support security awareness and compliance efforts

Procure, deploy, and maintain laptops, monitors, and peripherals

Manage inventory, warranties, and vendor relationships
