The AVP in Asset Based Financing Operations will be responsible for end-to-end operational support for private client mandates, including trade capture, settlement, and asset servicing.

Responsibilities

Capture and maintain all lifecycle transactions and borrowings in internal systems

Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve position or transaction related inquiries

Perform daily cash and position reconciliations

Investigate and resolve breaks between internal systems and trustees/custodians

Monitor the private deal pipeline to ensure operational readiness and timely bookings

Deliver timely, accurate, and comprehensive support to both external clients and internal stakeholders

Assist in the setup of new assets and structures within the private loan space

Qualification

Required

6+ years of experience in structured products or middle office role

Working knowledge of security operations across both loans and fixed income products

Working knowledge of asset lifecycle activities

Effectively works in a fast-paced dynamic environment and handles multiple projects

Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail

Strong work ethic, professional integrity, and a positive attitude

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Effectively collaborates with multiple teams on technical issues

Preferred

Advent Geneva, Bloomberg knowledge would be a plus
