Implementation Specialist
Ahola Payroll & HR Solutions is a family-owned business with over 55 years of experience in payroll, tax, and HR services. They are seeking an Implementation Specialist to set up new client data in their payroll and HRIS system, ensuring accurate implementations while collaborating with various teams and providing excellent client support.

Responsibilities
Configure and implement all new client payroll/HR products
Convert, enter, and verify client employee data in isolved
Track project timelines and resolve system issues
Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams
Conduct post-implementation check-ins and train clients on first two pay cycles
Recommend process improvements and mentor new team members
Qualification
Required
Associate degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
3-5 years in HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and/or Timekeeping
2+ years of payroll/HCM implementation experience
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and advanced Excel
