Responsibilities
Architect and deliver highly reliable, scalable microservices using Java, Python, or Golang, primarily leveraging core AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, DynamoDB) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
Drive digital transformation by developing and integrating innovative Agentic AI capabilities to create autonomous, context-aware systems that enhance operational efficiency and system intelligence for our storage platforms
Own the full software development lifecycle—from ideation, system design, and coding to rigorous testing, deployment, and continuous enhancement—ensuring clean, maintainable code through object-oriented design and in-depth code reviews
Optimize system performance and fault tolerance by conducting deep software analysis, implementing effective load balancing, and proactively tuning components to meet high-availability and security standards
Collaborate across engineering and product teams to ensure seamless integration of new software components with existing infrastructure, maintaining comprehensive documentation to support system stability and long-term sustainability
Qualification
Required
Deep Proficiency in Software Design and Development: Strong practical experience in architecting, building, and scaling distributed microservices using object-oriented design principles and a mastery of at least one of these core languages: Java, Python, or Golang
Expertise in Cloud-Native and AWS Services: Extensive hands-on experience designing and deploying production-grade applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS), including a strong working knowledge of fundamental services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and DynamoDB
Advanced Agentic AI & Systems Intelligence: Proven ability to build and integrate autonomous, context-aware systems, including practical experience with agent code design, embeddings, and applying the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enhance system intelligence
Architectural and Operations Acumen: A solid understanding of DevOps/DevSecOps practices, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes), coupled with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to ensure software quality, maintainability, and high availability
